Outstanding service!! Highly recommend and would call again if we ever break down in SD. BIG shout out to Martin, our mechanic, who was really great - hard worker, very thorough, super nice - he did a great job with an awful, dirty job of emptying out and clearing Contaminated Diesel from our two (full!) 70g tanks (after we has just filled up at a diesel #2 pump on the military base) and then replacing fuel filter and making sure the engine was running smooth again. Job took up 2 half-days because we were safe on base and weren't an emergency, so we were scheduled in as a regular job for the morning but Martin the mechanic had back to back overnight emergency call outs and couldn't get to us till afternoon. Back at dispatch, Charlene was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable, and provided us with a very detailed breakdown of the job (so we can hopefully submit it for a claim) and Josh was thorough and up front with the pricing and immediately let us know when the original estimate was exceeded due to the large amount of fuel that had to be disposed of and the extra time needed for the mechanic to drive and dispose of the bad fuel and because we had to meet the mechanic at the

They took my money and ran. They charged me $503 to go to Poway and do some "diagnostics" on a truck that was in derate mode due to a code that indicated bad DEF. The guy read the codes and did a 30 minute regen. His scanner could not erase the codes. He told my driver that he was still learning and was being instructed by another person over the phone on how to do things. Exactly at the 2 hour mark. The guy phoned dispatch and dispatch ordered him to leave. Before he leaves, he tells my driver that they need to replace sensors and other parts of the def pump. When my driver informed me of this, I already knew where this situation was headed. I got quoted about $1200 just so they could continue diagnostics on the truck. No parts, just labor. Other mobile mechanics that I've worked with (who were not available at the time) would had fixed the problem. The truck just needed to to have the codes cleared, flush the def tank, and do a regen. I will not do business with this company again. They essentially scammed me out of money. I got scammed out of $503. BEWARE. EDIT: I just checked my credit card balance and noticed that these people overcharged me by $140. Currently waiting

Charlene went way above and beyond helping me with the new “Clean Truck Check” nonsense to renew my reg. I’m a diesel newb and she was super patient explaining the steps and such. A++ Recommend!!! -Keith (aka Kevin)
